Old couples with their wives
above 40 or around that age, will be in need of
younger eggs for better embryo formation and implantation
during IVF procedures. Women with Premature Ovarian
Failure or Primary Ovarian Failure are very much
in need of such a help from another young lady.
Basal investigations are done for the donar for
evaluating their general status and all contagious
diseases are screened with a specific focus on
their hormonal status also. Ovulation induction
and egg retrieval done as explained already (
egg retrieval) Donated eggs are now inseminated
with the husband's sperms and Embryo Culture done
in the usual way ( In Vitro Fertilisation) Embryo
transfer designed for the recipient , on Day 3
& Day 5 /6 as said already. The wife who is
receiving the embryos would have been already
prepared with external Hormone Supplementation
Therapy using estrogen and progesterone which
make her uterus receptive for the embryos/blastocysts
and to give better implantation potential.
